1974 apache 340

Hello all, I picked up a 74 apache 340 this summer to work on.  Pretty much done workin on it but I have 1 snag.  Im wondering if anyone would have a picture of the air cleaner that goes in front of the keihin carb, not sure what it looks like.  I have the spring that goes from the carb to the cowl, but the foam on it is gone.  Would love to keep this as original as possible, I believe that everything else that should be there is there.    Thanks.

welcome to the site and I wish I could help you out but I am not real familiar with the 73 or 74 sleds, other thean the wild one's.  Might be a bit slow for answers right now as the site is real slow but should be picking up in the next few months as soon as the cooler weather rolls in.

I have a 74 apache that i picked up last spring. It's in storage and have never looked under the cowl. Kind of busy with harvest right now but when we get done  fighting with all the mud, i can send off a picture or you could just come over and have a peek for yourself. I'm only a few minutes from you.  Louis

Mine has a rubber accordian type ring around the carb opening.
