First time ripping a clutch off my Gt.  it comes apart a little different than other vintage stuff i have worked on.  It looks like you need a special wrench that would have 4 prongs or studs on it.  Anyone around Saskatoon have anything like that?   I am pretty sure i could just use a punch and knock it off but i would prefer a wrench.

splined yamaha clutches are a bit tricky to get off.  You need a special tool or need to make one.  I assume the twin motors are the same as the singles.  The splined shaft is part of the crank and only the fixed half of the sheave is pressed on.  I made a tool for doing my single mtotors

Richard, if you bring it to the show in Saskatoon this weekend, i would borrow it for no more then an hour and it would come back with some beer attached to it!
