I assume you need the code for the 73-74's?  I just did my 72 which  is the maroon/purple metallic hoods and it turned out pretty good.  I don't have the maroon code but I can get you the other one if needed

I don't think so.  The 1971's were red, 1972's were this maroon/purple with metallic and the 73-74's were a maroon like in this thread

Richard, thank you again for the reply. It has been so long since I seen a 72 I can't remember the exact color. If anybody stumbles on the 73/74 color code I would appreciate it. Thanks again, Jeff

if you are real stuck I can match a colour for you.  The guy who owns those sleds that I posted the link for is only a few miles from me and so is my paint guy who has all the swatches.  I can get you a close match if you would like.

Richard, thank you very much for the knid offer. Found a fellow vintage sled nut that has a 73 about 30 miles from me. I think it will be easier to go get his hood and take it to the paint store as to have you ship me paint from Canada. I really appreciate your offer and if I can ever help you out just ask. Thanks again, Jeff

no problem.  Be sure to post the paint code after you are done if it turns out to be real close to the factory colour
