Hello ... Snarlie here.. many know me from the other sled sites... I just picked up a 1969 Roll-o-Flex.. a PT 190.. a good addition to my Boa Ski Collection.. just one question for now.. the engine in it.. is it a 55R series hirth or a 190R series.. the sled is all apart right now but it won't be long before I get to putting it back together... thanks for the new site... I will enjoy it...

welcome Snarlie.  I have read many of your posts over on VS.com and we are glad to have you on here too.  Are you doing a full restore on the PT or just a clean up?  Probably my favorite ROF year.

You have any pics?

It will be a pretty decent restore... not sure if I will rechrome anything.. it is not that bad... sure wish I could find the seat material for the wildone back rest.. Boa Ski ones are hard to impossible to find so Rollo ones are probably nonexistent...

Welcome aboard Snarlie, I remember when the Boa Ski dealer was selling off some 440's brand new for $700.00 after the company closed.

Hello Kevin...

I bushwacked a couple early rolos last winter. Here's the picture, sorry it's not to clear(the boy was running the camera). But if you look at the early one, I think I can see the squarish fan housing of a 190 series Hirth in it.

I didn't take them home. And yes they are for sale.
