They were nice sleds back in their day, I used to work at a SkiRoule dealership back in the late 70's. The chaincase was a weak point and would crack if you were rough with the machine, so be sarefull and no jumping with the sled. Once Coleman bought them, it was all over within two seasons. What a shame.
Hopefully you will be able to find some parts for it, For some reason I think you can or could get an aftermarket hood. They sold all the parts we had left to a guy in the Bowmanville Ont. area years ago. I can't remember the name  of his shop at the moment but he is now a Polaris dealer, and his name was Dave.
If I remember the name, I'll post it here for you.

Heres a link to a place that has Ski Roule parts as well as a few other brands. I dealt with them about twenty years ago and they were good to deal with.
They also carry a few items that would be good for our GTX Rollo restorations.

For Skiroule parts your best bet is getting ahold of Doug McIlwain in Peterboro' Canada...lots of Nos and used parts also Doug's a magic fellow to deal with too!.

Steve...the Bowmanville Polaris guy would be 'Hillbilly' Dave at Spoiled Sports..
Not sure what he'd have left as I believe he sold a buncha' stuff to Doug above?.

Dave @ Spoiled Sports is the guy I was thinking of, he used to deal in used parts only when he first started. I hear that he has quite an operation going now.
I used to see him at some of the drag races here once in a while.
