WOW! Been awhile since I posted, believe it or not I brought the sled home tonight! Since I first saw the sled the guys son,a car painter by trade, tried to open hood up the wrong way, back to front instead of sideways and ripped the hood at the corner(bad). He did take it to his place and was suppose to fit it before I got it,that din't happen either. Anyway, numbers on tunnel start with 72 so I'm thinking it's a '73,model number was completely wiped clean,it does have the smaller 292 motor,no tach or speedo, has short fas-Trac involve drive track which rolls really nice,no window(it's busted),tool ponch in a box(did they even have one),no cover over motor( did they have one?),no seat,he had a GT seat stuck on it(kinda),except for cracked hood it's in pretty good shape.Tomorrow I will try to see if it still runs! hotdoo

Hi, thanks for the add. I'm not new to vintage sleds but I am new to roll o flex, this is my first.which makes number 18 in my vintage sled lineup. What do I have? I was told by the guy I bought it from it is a 72 GT wild one with the factory grass drag suspension.it has a 433 single carb and dual exhaust. There is no I'd tag or tunnel stamped.

Pick this up from a neighbor of mine who had it since new. Speedo only says 295mi. I got alot of work to do. Could use some info where to get windshields and exhaust looks to use some help. That would be great.

Hey everybody. Just pick up this '74 Wild One. This will be my first sled to restore, so it will take me awhile. But I'll try to keep up updates here. I'll post more pics in the Wild One section.
