Hello all. A friend of mine found a pair of 72 - 292 gt ss sleds and a bunch of parts from random hoods/idlers/suspensions/exhaust pipes/ bumpers a couple tracks and more. We are looking for some guidance to get these extra parts that we donít need to fellow vintage sled enthusiast for a fair price. We also will be looking for advice on getting the sleds up and running again. They were running 2 seasons ago.

The first question is How can I posts pics on this forum.. THANKS to all in advance
My email is nvrplay2ty@yahoo.com

I would really like to find a 1970 PT399 to restore "It wouldn't have to be a 399"
My dad bought one new, and I would like to surprise him next year
when my folks come home from Arizona for Christmas.
He still talks about how good that sled was and how much fun he had on it to this day
Thanks in advance

the sleds in 1969 and 1970 were built by Boa Ski so parts should be easy to find.  The chain case will actualy say boa ski in the casting of the cover

very nice sled!

for some reason 1972's seem to be the least common.  I don't see them very often

New to the Forum and to the world of Vintage Snowmobiles.   Was just given a snowmobile from my neighbor.  If is what I believe to be a GT 292.  Last registered and run in 85, but engine pulls over nicely.  Was adult owned and seems unmolested...even comes with the original, mouse eaten cover. Any help with ID or resources/known problems would be appreciated.   Will be tearing into the engine this week.  I'm expecting fuel lines, cleaning the points, plug, etc.  I am sure the carb will need some attention but since it was last run before ethanol was in our fuel I am hoping that it will not be too bad.
